Fred Dubois has over thirty years’ experience as a business owner and commercial property developer. Fourteen years ago, Fred joined the commercial real estate sales industry and is now recognised as a commercial and industrial specialist in the Mackay region. Mackay is the Regional industrial hub for mining, sugar and tourism, and a location Fred has loved living and working in over twenty-four years.

Due to his unique experience with both sides of the commercial real estate world as developer then as agent, along with a lifelong involvement as a business owner, Fred can offer a wide range of pragmatic solutions to the business owner operator, the developer or the investor, with a clear understanding of their expected outcomes.

Hard work, training and experience, and the mastering of the Expressions of Interest marketing process have helped Fred to achieve a highly converted level of sales, and a high level of satisfaction from his sellers.

Nikita Kinnane is the sole business owner of REMAX Select, bringing a unique, people first approach to real estate with client satisfaction, collaboration and meaningful outcomes at the heart of everything she does.

Nikita has a long history of supporting local schools, charities and community initiatives, having previously served on numerous P&F committees across four local schools and kindergartens. Currently serving on the Flagon & Dragon committee, Nikita is passionate about supporting initiatives that strengthen Mackay

As the owner of REMAX Select, Nikita is committed to building an agency known not only for exceptional real estate results, but for its culture, community involvement and genuine care for the people it serves. Her leadership is centred around empowering others, embracing new ideas and continually looking for better ways to deliver value to clients and the wider Mackay community.

SALES ADMINISTRATION

Kristy Mason has been a valued member of the REMAX Select team for almost two years, recently transitioning from Property Management into Sales Administration.

Her experience across different areas of the business gives Kristy a strong understanding of our clients, processes and team, and she enjoys supporting both our sales agents and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Kristy spends much of her spare time at Wests Leagues Club, proudly supporting her boys as they play rugby league. She loves being part of the Mackay community and brings the same supportive, team-focused approach to her role at REMAX Select.

Samantha Self is the General Manager at RE/MAX Select, bringing extensive leadership, operational and commercial experience to the role.

Prior to joining REMAX Select, Samantha managed Caneland Central, supporting a major retail environment with more than 250 commercial tenancies. This experience strengthened her expertise in stakeholder relationships, business operations, problem-solving and delivering consistently high service standards.
