Fred Dubois has over thirty years’ experience as a business owner and commercial property developer. Fourteen years ago, Fred joined the commercial real estate sales industry and is now recognised as a commercial and industrial specialist in the Mackay region. Mackay is the Regional industrial hub for mining, sugar and tourism, and a location Fred has loved living and working in over twenty-four years.

Due to his unique experience with both sides of the commercial real estate world as developer then as agent, along with a lifelong involvement as a business owner, Fred can offer a wide range of pragmatic solutions to the business owner operator, the developer or the investor, with a clear understanding of their expected outcomes.

Daniel Kinnane is the highly skilled Managing Director and co-owner of RE/MAX Select. With a background as a qualified CPA and prior experience as CFO at an Insurance Brokerage and Regional Manager for Sunsuper, Dan brings a wealth of financial expertise and strategic acumen to the table.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Dan is actively involved in the local community. He coaches his son's U10's football team, nurturing young talent and fostering a love for the sport.

In his leisure time, Dan indulges his passion for cycling, exploring the scenic routes that the region has to offer. He also enjoys playing lawn bowls at Pioneer Valley Bowls Club, finding relaxation and camaraderie in the sport.

With a deep-rooted love for the local community, Dan is determined to make a positive impact and grow the RE/MAX Select brand locally. Andrew Young is a dedicated Contracts Administrator at RE/MAX Select, bringing a wealth of enthusiasm and dedication to his role. .

As a proud father of four boys, Andrew understands the importance of efficiency and reliability. His background includes working closely with his father in a successful Gold Coast-based business, where he honed his skills in customer relations and problem-solving.
